Dolce Vita (which can be rented as a 1 bedroom too in low season) is a little Gem located in the private community of Cupecoy Beach Club, only 3 min to the French/Dutch Border. This luxurious gated gem looks like a stylish gleaming white village on a sunny Greek island. The main entrance is framed by lush tropical trees.

The contemporary interior decor has a French vibe; elegant and comfortable. Clear woods with cream, taupe, grey and lime fabrics. The open plan living area features a fully furnished kitchen with all the appliances. The large main living area combines lounging, dining and media spaces.

The two equal size bedrooms have king size beds and beautiful en suite bathroom with walk in showers and dressing. The main bedroom has a private outdoor seating areas with a nice view.

On the second floor, you will discover a lounge area with a sofa (convertible) and the “roof” terrace with two sunbeds.

Although private, you are very close to amenities. Only a 1-minute walk to Mullet Beach, one of the nicest beach of the island, only 3-minutes driving to Porto Cupecoy with a terrific little gourmet market, wonderful restaurants and stunning views. In 5 minutes you reach the airport, 10 minutes to the charming French capital of Marigot and about 30 minutes to either Grand Case or Phillipsburg.
